You should first recieve an invitation email. Follow that link.
You should then recieve a confirmation email shortly after accepting the invitation... Again, Follow that Link to "Login" & grant you "Author Status" and Full Access.
You must follow the links that are emailed.
Blogger (via your new "Google Account") has its own "Login & Password System" .... 3rd party "Login & Password Systems" may hinder your ability to "Login" correctly.
Please Email Me some specific details of any problems you may encounter... IE: I accepted invite & confirmation via emailed links but I cant login to the "Dashboard" for full access.
